Fish, a blues artist, recorded and produced Live Bait in 2009, which led to a deal with Ruf Records.
She then toured with Ruf Records and recorded Girls with Guitars with two other female blues artists.
In 2011, she recorded Runaway, which won the Blues Music Award for Best New Artist.
Fish also collaborated on albums, appeared in live performances, and toured extensively in Europe and the US.
Her second studio album, Black Wind Howlin', was released in 2013
followed by Wild Heart in 2015, which featured a roots rock sound.
She released Chills & Fever in 2017 and Belle of the West in December of the same year.
Kill or Be Kind, her sixth solo album, was released in 2019 and was well-received.
Her seventh album, Faster, was released in 2021.
In 2022, Fish was featured in a documentary short.
In 2023, she released Death Wish Blues with Jesse Dayton, which was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2024.
