7月，Mystic Story宣布准备推出首个由来自不同国家的七名成员组成的男团，目标是在8月中旬出道。
7月8日，Mystic Story开设了团体官方社交媒体账户，公开了标志动议和成员简介，分别是Jibeen、Doha、Kien、Rioto、Ziwoo、Choi Han和Hyunmin。
成员中，Hyunmin曾在生存竞赛系列中以真名朴炫彬参赛，但被淘汰总排名第48位；Ziwoo在课堂上演唱Maktub和具润熙的《Marry Me》后在韩国走红，他的同学将其上传到TikTok，获得了820万次观看。7月9日，Mystic Story宣布了该团体的首个真人秀节目《ARrC的世界》，该节目将于7月17日在Mnet和M2 YouTube频道上同时发布，讲述他们通过提前解决各种任务而成长为偶像的故事。7月12日，ARrC连续发布个人、单位、集体照片后，在中国最大的社交媒体平台微博和当地媒体上搜索关键字“ARrC”，成为热门话题，浏览量超过116万次，媒体关注越南成员Kien出道的消息。ARrC随后分别于7月16日和19日发行了两首未发行的歌曲《Connected》和《Alien inSeoul》，并将收录在团体的第二张回归专辑中。7月23日，ARrC确认将于7月26日推出单曲《DUMMY》。8月19日，发行首张迷你专辑《AR^C》正式出道。
2025年 1月22日，Ziwoo因个人原因离队。九天后，Mystic story宣布Andy加入组合，ARrC再次以7人组的形式重组；此前Andy曾参加JTBC的选秀节目《Project 7》。
